clr error:80004005

I can download and run eq2 maps on my laptop but on my wifes i get this error CLR error 80004005 any ideas or suggestionsive already done a complete uninstall and reinstall of the interface with no luck.

First thing, make sure you aren't running EQ2map in compatibility mode.
