loading bars and spell casting bar color

Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible for someone to tell me what i need to do to modify the loading bars and casting bar colors. I know it can be done because before my last UI went weird it was blue. Unfortunatly, I do not know which UI I was using. I dont know what file it is to change but if someone could do that it would be great (or at least tell me what file it is to change and maybe which UI had that blue color so i can just cut and pate it into the UI im using). I liked the blue that I had before, and I can not stand the gold that is the default.

ps. you all do very great work here. I could never do it but I sure appreciate all of the modders great skill and hard work.
