health and pwer bars not showing up

sometimes i download target windows, like the fetish ones and when i download the window is there and name and everything but no bars show up in the window so i cannot see the health of anything. same in my player window sometimes. can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?

95% of the time, it is because the images are not placed in the correct folder.

(EQ2)/UI/(YourFolder) <-- XML files go here
(EQ2)/UI/(YourFolder)/images <-- DDS/TGA files go here
