Oh right, sorry, I forgot how Fetish is set up, it includes all UI files. I think you will need to delete at least these as well:
eq2ui_popup.xml
eq2ui_popup_groupoptions.xml
Disclaimer: I'm not familiar enough with the UI to tell you what problems might arise from deleting any of these files.
