Game Update #54+ Compatible
Description:
This modifies the Start Button window to be used as a customizable Stat Bar. - Stats will spread evenly across the bar when when re-sized
- Stats can be toggled on-the-fly.
- Re-size the window vertically to access the buttons to toggle stats on or off (click the text).
- All stats can be displayed at 2190px screen width.
The mod comes with a per-PlayerName customization file. In this file you can chose which stats you want (or not) to show by default. Open the included text file to modify them. It has an example inside. You can set the default value in the config (currently false) so that you only have to define the stats that you want to show or hide.
Stats save per-character, to your uisettings file along with normal window settings. These save between sessions and between characters -- all from within game.
Installation Notes:
- How To: Install A Custom UI
- DrumsUI/*.* goes in your CustomUI/DrumsUI/*.* folder.
- eq2ui_custom.xml goes in your CustomUI folder.
- eq2ui_mainhud_startbutton.xml goes in your CustomUI folder.

Heres the list ive found as a raid tank (i have large numbers for alot of stats)
Health (im guessing its same issue for power but mine doesnt go over 10k)
Currently shows ##,### / ##,...
Needs to show ##,### / ##, ###
Mit

There may be more but those are the ones i use which i noticed at a bit off

Cheers. thanks. I'll get to fixing these soon. I thought I had the health/power onces plenty of space since I'm over 10k with a few toons, so I'll just give extra space to overlap at the worst. But will give extra room for displaying first. Would be nice if it would auto adjust!

Testing new version using "Character names" instead of class before adding new stats.
Thanks all.

I also posted the possible stats right above the installation instructions in-case you you happen to delete them from the config file.
And I think I accidentally put a space in "Power Regen" when it should read "PowerRegen". This is only a type-o in the config file comments. Will make sure to fix it for future released compilations.

And with this version I made it so that you can change the default option to True or False (check the config file in this latest zip). This is so it's both easy to have a bar with a few options on, or a bar with only a few stats hidden.
I'm also pondering a way to setup the statbar in-game, and have it output the code you would need. I think I'm gonna change the config file to go with Character name rather than Class.

Ah for some reason I missed that in the new config file. I'm not sure I would use weapon damage but there might be some who would.
I love the idea of having the stat bar adjust by character name rather than class, I myself raid on a mystic and need a vastly different set of stats shown than my fiance's baby soloing/grouping mystic does.
As for weapon damage, I probably wouldn't keep it shown myself but I'm sure there are people who would (scouts mostly, I imagine). I have a feeling you're going to get a lot of requests when the expansion comes out, what with crit mit, flurry, etc. Don't sweat it, you're doing a great job and I know you'll keep it up!

I know this is a bit late since you *just* released this new version, but I'd like to request that you add weapon delays in the next one. To shorten it you could simply call them D1 and D2 or PD, SD (Primary Delay, Secondary Delay). Would be very useful for raiding scouts whose delays change often with CoB and other various procs/modifiers.
I also think it would be useful if, in the class settings file, you included a text block with all settings set to off. Then one could simply copy the block and remove whatever settings you want shown for each class.
That being said, thank you so much for this mod. It's very useful as-is, and I *love* the new method of turning the stats on and off, it's a great space saver!

Let me start from the bottom, up...
Yeah, all those checkboxes were taking up a lot of space! lol
As for the config file: I did include all possible "options" that you can set. And with this version I made it so that you can change the default option to True or False (check the config file in this latest zip). This is so it's both easy to have a bar with a few options on, or a bar with only a few stats hidden.
Now, the problem is that I have that as a global setting. So it's not quite as useful for a character-to-character basis. However, I'm gonna either change it to be per-character, or I'm gonna figure out my new setup that I posted in my Beta topic about having stats show in any order for any character, individually.
And finally, I was gonna add the weapon stuff in but it slipped my mind. My only question is if weapon damage is sought after as well? Either way, I'll find a nice way to implement it and try to not take up too much space with it either.
I'm also pondering a way to setup the statbar in-game, and have it output the code you would need. I think I'm gonna change the config file to go with Character name rather than Class.
Enjoy
And thanks for the feedback.

I do have a few suggestions for it to make it more friendly to us stat horders that want every stat visible but don't have a 2000+ resolution.
Perhaps basing the buttons visibility on the titlebar or frame, this would allow (if possible) to have a wrap around in effect to move stats that would normally go past the end of the window size to move down to a 2nd or possibly 3rd row for those at lower resolutions. (I play at 1600 x 1200 and still have 2 custom bars to cover all the stats visible)

I was thinking about the best way to tackle "showing as many stats as possible" for everyone. And I'm still experimenting with multiple windows, each separately configurable, but I'm wondering if maybe that would be too much?
Not sure.
It could be nice though, you could have your normal stats bar, you're "game info" bar, and stat bonus, etc.
I'm not sure if the "wrap around" effect is possible with pages of different width, but I have not tested enough.
I'll continue my experimenting. If I can do what I've explained in my Beta thread, it would very easy to have any configuration wanted.
And for the record, I do not have a 2000+ resolution
I was just making the information available of how wide all the stats combined are. My first release was only 1280px wide at max.
