Updated the ThorUI group window for GU 45! (And put it in the right category this time.)

There's been a couple changes. The F# icon is now the assist button - I needed the space to add the Curse indicator. There's now a level indicator above that, which is actually a follow button per request of my guild leader. Mouseover on each of these will bring up a tooltip saying what they do, so you won't be expected to remember it.

The click-to-cure has been updated for GU45 - Trauma, Noxious, and Elemental icons all cast Cure when pressed. Arcane icon casts both Cure and Cure Arcane (for the caster with a mage alt). Curse icon should cast Cure Curse - sadly I could not test this for myself as I have no level 80 priests. And the icons actually show up in game, rather than being the whitish glow you see in the screenshot from UIBuilder.

Remember when installing - the merger of priest cures to a single Cure spell does not happen until GU45 goes live. Attempting to use the click-to-cure buttons before then will not work. So I'd recommend waiting until GU 45 to actually install this.

I have the correct image file included this time! Also, by request I've added a vertical version - just remember whichever layout you pick, put the eq2ui_mainhud_groupmembers.xml file in your custom UI directory, not in a subfolder! Feel free to ignore the Henchman.xml file, that's just there so this'll work with Landlin's EQ2 Henchman.
