Just started playing eq2 again and new to the whole addon thing (as far as eq2 is concerned).

I read the install instructions and saw that there were a few cases where you might have to delete certain interface files/folders to get profit ui optimized.

My question is if i download and instal Profit UI Reborn and say for whatever reason i dont like it or im having problems how hard is it goign to be to uninstall it or deactivate it? I really dont want to have an issue where i have to reinstall the whole game again becasue patching takes forever. If i delete certain UI files or scripts as noted will EQ2 reload them or recreated them if it finds them missing when you launch the game??

You can toggle the FPS meter with F11 and you can toggle the clock by pressing alt + c.

For some reason i have a FPS meter on the top left corner and a digital clock on the top right corner that should not be there anyone else having this happen to them, i have tried to right click & drag but no options are coming up for this and its really starting to bug me. any suggestions??? I'll post a screenshot tonight once i get hoe from work.

Mantika: You can do this yourself using the in game Macros feature. What you do is open up the start menu, goto Socials, click the Macros tab. You can then add spells into there and it will execute each one. A quick warning though, unless all your buffs are instant cast, you can only do 2 at a time (EQ2 allows a max que of 2 and there is no way to set a -wait- between casts using Macros).

Also, if you cant do this yourself using Macros, then ProfitUI cant do it without breaking the ToS

I would ask one thing if it is posibly for add a buttoms where u can add all buffs så instead of klick all buff buttoms u klick one and then it buffs up so it could go faster?

but i just love profit ui.

Sorry if this is wrong forums but why is ProfitUI asking me for my password? It didn't do it before and I've already logged in via Sony's interface. So why should I put my password in to ProfitUI?

Anyone have any idea why my minpmap keeps resetting position? everytime I log in I put the minimap where I want it, then once I logout and back in it resets><

Hello. I just started using Profit UI. Everything seems to work okay, except when I try to add a collectible to a collection, there is no option in my quest journal to actually add the item. I expanded the window around to make sure the button wasn't hidden, but there was nothing. Is there something I didn't do right or any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Edit: Okay, I have a little more information on the issue. It seems to be letting me add to some collections, but not others. I'm not sure what all collections it will let me add to, but I know for sure that it won't let me add to the racial bone collections (Ratonga Bone Collection, Iksar Bone Collection, etc.). I hope that helps some.

Edit Again: After logging back in again, it looks like the problem fixed itself somehow. It's letting me add to any collection I try, including the ones that wouldn't let me before. Sorry for any trouble.

Hiya. I think that is not you ui. the map updater had an update month or two ago, I haven't had quests showing up either and I dont use a UI yet.

Hello, I have been using Profit UI for a while now and with the last EQ2 patch or Profit UI patch, I can no longer see quest givers in my mini-map. I right clicked on the map to make sure all POI's are checked and they are.

I checked with EQ2 technicians and have yet to hear if this was an EQ issue, but all the gamers I know say they are not having any problems seeing the quest givers (books and feathers) when they get close to one. Should I uninstall Profit my version 1.12 (yes I use the updater all the time) and install a current version?

Also, in my C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\UI\ProfitUI folder, I have sub-folders for EQ2map, fonts, images, infocenter POI, should they be there?
