Description

* StayPut (tm) now works correctly for all bag formats.
* Bags may not be movable after installing a new version of this mod. Change the format, then change it back to correct this issue. You will only need to do this once per bag and only after a new install.


Per request, 3/4 size version of my zero overlap bag with grab handle. Special thanks to NobodySpecial for the original zero overlap bag, to Talyns for the dynamic bag resizing code, and to Deathbane27 for getting the format switching code working correctly (and the StayPut (tm) Technology.)

UPDATE:
  • Fixed infrequent small deadspace problem
  • Fixed instances where very small bags (house vaults) caused problems with titlebar and backdrop length and close button location
  • Added slots 21-36
  • Shrunk close button and grab handle from full-size proportions to match three-quarter proportions
  • Grab-handle tooltip now reports bag name
  • Added Deathbane27's StayPut (tm) Technology
  • Double-checked and corrected close button location
  • Close button visibility is now independant of Frame opacity
  • ESC now closes window again
  • Frame & Titlebar settings now control bag format
    • None: Vertical
    • Frame Only: Horizontal
    • Frame & Titlebar: Square (standard bag display)

I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this or not...

I have downloaded this mod several times in the past and LOVE it...however, I tried to download it several times today and everytime I try to log in, I get the message that the EQ2 client has experienced a problem and has to shut down. Each time I delete this mod, I can log in fine. I did this about 5 times with the same result. I'm not sure if there was an update that affected this, or if it's just something I'm doing wrong, but thought I'd mention it either way.

I downloaded 3 other mods today and they all work fine, it's just this one..

gotta say - by far the best bag mod I've tried. was sweating hard worried over whether or not your bag mod would still work with LU13, but no probs yet LOL. Thanks for the great work =)

You can move each bag seperately and choose each layout seperately for each bag ie couple of bags vertical a couple horizontal and a couple normal.

This looks like it might be what I've been searching for, just a quick question for anyone out there...does this consolidate all bags into one block automatically or is it a move each bag to where you want it then lock window type deal?

Love the bags! just got some 24 slot containers and everything was starting to get cluttery. This fixed it.
A tip to other users: Place the bags as you want them in fullscreen, then lock them. Afterwards the bags will stay in place no matter how many times you switch between full and window mode. (if you place them as you want in window mode and lock a few ofthe bags may move when going fullscreen).

Hey ger... love the mod... for some reaison i donno about anyone else but the stayput (tm) still doesn't fully work... i have a 24slot bag and 3 12's and 2 8's and the 12's and 8's stay perfectly next to eachother where i left them and locked them... but they are about 30-70 pixles lower than where i had them.... basicly what i'm saying is i have my 24slot bag in the uperleft cornor (just under my widescreen bars) then just all 3 12's and then both 8's under it in sequence... in a vitricle line... and after i set all the bags into place... then lock them all down... and next time i log in... all the 12's and 8's are no longer where i locked them they moved down but not left or right about 30-70 pixles

Great mod Ger. It seems to work great. Just a heads up. I double clicked the XML file (don't ask me why) just looking at some things. I have no idea how .XML things work, but when you try to launch an XML file it usually shows you the code. On this mod however I am getting the following error:


The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

D'oh, just noticed all the math for everything beyond the first row is way off, that would explain why the close button was ending up in the wrong place. Fixed for really for truly this time. (Also fixed the grab handle getting cropped rather than resized...jeeze guys, if you don't tell me it's broke I can't fix it )

same floating x bug

Just downloaded this (after purportedly fixed), and I experienced the same floating "x" bug.

Looks great otherwise

The last update seems to have broken then x button for the 3/4 bag. It is floating to the right now, as if its location was set for the full size bag, and there is considereable dead space to the right too.

I also notice the "bag gets lowered when you grab item" bug SaidenStorm has.

This will be best bag mod I've seen once the first issue at least is solved, the second is minor.
