Found a very annoying bug with the newest version of this ui.
When you run out of Vitality, tradeskill or adventure, the game just crashes to desktop.
Also wondering what should settings be for the advanced casting bar and the little box thingy where you have nightvision on/off buttons, these dissapeared after first relog, showed first just fine but then dissapeared.

Otherwise awesome work, really like this ui

my persona window just disapered i think i clicked smaller button and now i cant get it back any ideas?

This is probably a newbie question but, how do I add MP3s so they will play thru the CSM window?

I as well wish to commend you on a heck of a job mixing the two UI's.
I am a die hard Fetish / Fetish Nightfall user.
I saw this and decided what the heck, give it a try.
I have not gotten into combat with it so I can't attest to the HO issue others seem to be talking about.
I am still trying to get things setup and placed on my screen where and how I like them.
This brings me to my 2 BIG problems I have with this interface.
1) The hotbar is NOT moveable. This annoys me cause I want to move it a bit, but can't.
2) The target and implied target windows do NOT work. If there is a setting or something I am overlooking, I can't seem to find it. I am going to try and copy Zonx's target and implied target files into the folder and see if that resolves the issue.
Oh yeah, when I looked at your screenshot before downloading, which I always do to see if I want to download said UI, I saw a map button below your moon/clock piece. I can't seem to find it in my setup.

I run this and all my UI's at 1280x1024 by the way. Is this my problem?

Thought I would post you this additonal info on the widescreen letterbox with this UI and other flavours of it..

If you set the letterbox to this

cl_letter_box_amount 0.110000
letterbox_frame_visible false

It will improve performance and is still hidden behind the top and bottom UI pieces, Far as I have seen you may have to reposition the performance panel the casting window and target windows after doing this.... But it is worth doing...

The letterbox at one point a few patches back was causing problems I dont know if they fixed it or not, But at those settings above It dont seem to be messing things up anymore..... Still would be a wise option to backup your chars settings and recent.ini file 1st likes just in case it does give you some aggro

Hello, I seem to be having an issue with this version of the UI. I log in one toon (Merchant) check mail request and money earnings then /camp or use the camp button in the eq buttion... i get to the character select screen select a new toon to play and eq starts to boot up then crashes to desktop. is this a coding error or maybe im doing something wrong... It is repeatible id say almost 99% of the time

I am working on scaling it down but most of the mod already uses 3/4 scale windows. If anyone else wants to take on the project feel free but this UI is really made for larger resolutions. And it is a pain to get it lower than that, even with all the windows resized to as low as possible I am still unable to get the same layout what so ever. Not to say it isn't possible but it may be awhile before I can redesign everything down, at least in this layout anyways. It may be possible to do one as a whole diff set all together using the original Tyejae Steel layout but will have to redo a couple of those windows.

Pls pls pls add an update for 1024 X 768. I love this UI. I use it on my laptop, but my home pc as well as my wife's pc both run at 1024.

I believe the combat stats bar in game is ment to run with the downloaded version, when you have the actual program running you have to access using slash commands in the chat window. The bar is just mearly a point and click option so you don't have to type everything. Per the author of the bar there are still some issues with the mp3 playback functionality but otherwise the rest of it should work

First off the UI is kick arse, best one yet. Wondered if you could also update the journal color to match the actual lvl the task instead of each being green in your window uptop. Just a suggestion.

The CSM system. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I open it via the hot link you have on the UI. It opens fine, but Im not really sure what to do next. I click add, and i get the test saying Argolic salutes. Nothing after that happens. All the other keys give me a error message. If anyone else who is using this one plz post your steps to making it work. I think this freakin sweet to have, would like to just use it.

I downloaded the entire version from combatstats, but do I have to use them together?

for the parser i don't have much experience working with it, so sorry if i don't have much of a response all the info i have on it is the same as you got - i just included it since it was part of the performance panel. I mainly use the panel for switching on/off shaders and nightvision.

as far as which windows are not appearing can you be more specific ? or post a screenie of what you got so far - i might be better assistance

also one bug that i do know off that i forgot to mention.. if you have letterbox displayed the gui won't turn out correctly you need to delete the user ini file, turn off letterbox frame (set to zero) and then replace the ini file again that has fixed several display issues with others

I am having trouble getting some of the windows you have on your pictures to show up. is there a way to turn all the different windows you made to turn on. or am i just missing something. any help please.

Glad to see you're keeping this UI updated, Aeeolag! The EQ2 UI community as a whole seems to be just great, constantly building off of each other to continuously improve the features available to us. Keep up the good work!

I'm having some trouble using the graphics setting profiles introduced by Laff. Since this is the UI I'm using, I'm posting here despite it not being original with this set... I couldn't find any real documentation on how to use the parser to set up my own profiles, except for a short blurb on the main page for Laff's UI. That doesn't seem to be working.

The parser included in the package runs fine - it seems to be reading information and then rewriting it to an XML file.. but the buttons on my UI still use the default settings, despite various combinations of relogging and running the parser.

Any ideas? What is the proper usage? (ie, should I be logged on or off when I run the parser? Do I need to relog before the change will take effect? Is there a particular directory I'm supposed to move the parser to?)

ok i dont know if its only me but having this gui makin me impossible to play
great performance decrase at least in my case
hdd works 2much
zoning takes like 2 mins

changed to default gui just to check if it will be the same
and on default everything is ok

any1 else experiencing same problems ?
