Support area for Fetish Theme Pack (Goth) and (Nightfall)

These packs alter the look of the standard Fetish Nightfall UI.

The Nightfall packs simply change the window colors.
The Goth packs change the window frames and colors.

Colors are Blue-Silver and Black-Silver for both, and the Goth pack also includes a Pink pack.

All credit to Zonx, all I did was change a few files.
