Humudce Guild Window and Independent Guild XP Bar

Yep, the XP Bar guy is back.... ROFL

This mod give those who want an independent Guild XP Bar on screen with out having to open the Guild Window. The bar shows Guild Level, and following the bar the % into Guild Level. This is possible with the recently added Gamedata call outs.

NOTE: The Roll Over Tooltip is only going to show the % into level in the Tens i.e. 10, 20, 30 and so on. This is an issue on Sony's end.

I made the bar accurate to 10ths of a Percent, the 1st Number in the % is the Gold Bubble Value (in 10's i.e. 10,20,30...), the 2nd Number in the % is the whole Blue Bubble Value (0 thru 9), then the Decimal Point, and finally the last number is the 10ths of a percent into that Blue Bubble.

Also included a Guild Window with the % into level displayed in the default Guild Window.

I found a bug on how I display the % into Guild Level. Think the only real way this is going to work is display it something like this...

Current:
19.7%

New Way:
97% into 10%

The Reason for this is, my Guild just hit 20% into Level, and the First Blue Bubble is half full, the current reading is saying 25.5%.

What is should say is something like 20.05% but since it's only 1 Decimal place that won't work.

Sorry about this all, but I think the change will be for the best. Or just simply show the Gold Bubble % and not the blue bubble %.

Actually going to fix it like this:

10% (97%)

After Bringing up the Blue Bubble Value only on the above example of being 25.5% (Actual # shold have been 20.5%) we are actually 5% in. What I would have needed the game to display it as 05% for it to work right. The game doesn't display the leading zero, the way it works and I thought I had it, was splitting the two digit Blue Bubble Value. The first number (from the Blue Bubble Value) was the 2nd Number before the Decimal point in my display, and the number after the decimal point was the 2nd Number in the Blue Bubble Value. So as I see it while the Blue Bubble is between 0 and 9% my Mod will show the 2nd number before the decimal as the same number as after the decimal, because it does not have a leading zero.

Our guild's XP into Level 8 should read 20.5% into Level and not 25.5%, but without the Leading zero the way I made it display the entire level instead of the 10's number. Sorry about this, it's just the way the Dynamic Data works, which is unfortunate but since there are no Leading zero's between 0 and 9% this is the only solution I see for this issue.

I was wondering about this myself as I don't always want the bar on my screen.

I mainly downloaded this just to get the % showing in the guild screen but I may just find a decent spot in my UI for it
