12/12 patch boo boo's

since todays patch i am showing 0% power, my maintained spell windows are messed up, and my spells are colored blue like i have no power.... i ran the profit patcher, and that didnt help... any ideas will be appreciated.

No answer as far as profit goes. Mine works fine. Try doing a full scan via the eq2 patcher. I have had someone say this helped.

In the new launchpad:

Lower left ... click the wrench Icon. Select validate assets from the list on the left. Select the validate button in the window on the right.

You need to patch the game, you'll see that if you're using the 8311L version of EverQuest.exe, new one is 8323L. If for some reason it was missed a full scan should fix it for you.

Does sound like something got broken in your game installation. Yes, do the Validate Game Assets. It takes a while to run, but you really need to have the launcher check every file.

Seems there was a forced patch yesterday, that fix'd the problem, thank you.

I didn't study the hotfix very carefully. I also know that unannounced fixes get put in. Glad it worked.
