Loading UI Resources BUG is BACK since LU15!

Back when DoF first went live there was a nasty little bug that caused the game to hang at the "Loading UI Resources" bug. Well many people posted about this on the EQ2 official forums. The problem finally was FIXED.

Now, SINCE LU15, the PROBLEM IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loading UI Resources error BACK since LU15!

Last time it possbily involved something to do with the following error that HAS REAPPEARED:

Couldn't load eq2ui_listboxrow_template2.xml

This error and in game hang, occurs wether or not using default/custom UI and no matter if you delete all .ini files or not.

It happens on evac/death and group zoning and is sporatic, never know when it will hit.

Hopefully this will clue the DEVs to error and get this fixed AGAIN.
