control keys keep resetting (chat & movement)

Sorry to repost this, but the other post was too vague after I read it again. So the problem is if I go to options > controls > chat keys > and set "/" to begin command, it'll stay that way for a while, but then resets itself at a random time during the game, and whenever I restart.

I found the fix for it. A guildmate of mine told me to delete the UI file for the chr and make sure the right resolution settings were in place when I got the option when I started the game. Worked great. I just got a new widescreen and didn't even think about having to change that also.
