So who is Ambassador Rotgaf of Freeport and why is he hiding in my loading screen

When ever I am loading the game I see in my target and implied target bars "Ambassador Rotgaf of Freeport".

After loading is finished these bars are cleared.

He's a mob with the longest name in the game. So people use that as a place filler in their UI's.. Some you might see Longestnamepossible and others is this dude's name.

Nah - that's just smoke and mirrors. His real objectives are far more sinister. Mark my words.
