changing player/npc name font ?

hello , I've use some custom UI's that had a smaller font size for the name tags on players and npcs , I'm looking to shrink the font size as I find it a bit to big at default. where can I find that and change that font ? (if it can be done)

Proxyactor.ChatBubble.NamePage.Name is the object in question, and it uses /Fonts.FontZapf18.
