Default Display Window I created

I created an .xml file that works with the default UI, but I can't get it to display with ProfitUI. I use the following line in a macro to open it:

/show_window eq2ui_mainhud.mynotes

I have the following line in the default UI eq2ui.mainhud.xml file:

<include>eq2ui_mainhud_mynotes.xml</include>

I've tried different file locations in the ProfitUI files to include the above line. Maybe I'm just missing something simple. There are no images just straight xml. All ProfitUI windows work fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default

Use

/show_window MainHUD.mynotes

The command is case sensitive for the name after show_window.

If you look in the eq2ui_mainhud.xml file and find the first line where it shows Name="MainHUD" that is the first part of the command you have to follow, then your included file somewhere in the list of includes

<include>eq2ui_mainhud_mynotes.xml</include>

In that file, the Name="mynotes" should be the other part of the command above. If you have it as "MyNotes" or "myNotes" you have to follow that case in your command.
