Request for a target/implied mod

Okay, I'm ignorant to UI modding. But what im looking for is a target/implied target, that shows health and power percentages without mousing over them, I have seen a couple around, but from the looks, none were intended for use with the 1024/768 resolution. what im wanting is a no bars, just text target/implied. Thanks

I haven't had a chance to login and test these as i'm on the run, but try these and let me know...
You need to use the old con system to see the slim Target and Implied Target windows that you requested.

Backup your current files in case mine suck.
