Help Folder update isn't

Running my DARQUI Unified the last Couple days I am getting a Help Folder file that has an Update. However, after running the Update, It "Says" it downloaded it and download was complete, Yet it continue to stay in the needing updated status. Information Follows:

Preparing to update 1 file using standard method
Downloading Help\_credits.xml... > > could not download
Download complete
Update complete

Information? Suggestions?

Check for updates with the utility, then scroll down to the line for Help folder. Right-click and delete, then re-download. Does that clear up the problem?

Now I have 100 files needing updates and All are coming up as Could not Download. This is only happening with the Help Folder

This sounds like either an antivirus issue (suspend it just long enough to get updates) or a permission issue (allow writing to the DarqUI_v3 folder and all subfolders.) Also, make sure you're using v3.1.3.0 of the utility.
