Inventorry with stats for germans

I wanted to try the UI Builder and made an inventory with stats.

I downloaded one from here, but it was messed up with the german version of the game.

I made a new one, that works right.

In the *.rar file there is an eq2.ini file too, it is the one needed for the UI working right and it has a command for enabling Anti Alising in EQ2.

(you have to change the name of the file from zip to rar.)
