Background in the foreground

I've a quick question: I have a .dds image that I want to use as the background base of the window, but when including the image it shows up in the foreground on top of everything. How do I get the image to the bottom of everything else in the window?

Ran into another problem: when I go to save the eq2ui.xml it saves as normal (at least it looks like it does), and when I go to close out the project it asks me if I want to save the workspace. I click yes and it hangs up. This was after I was playing with the graphics mentioned earlier. Did I do something wrong here?

In UIbuilder, just move the background image to the bottom of the page. It's the same concept as layers in a photo editor (e.g. PhotoShop).

Not sure what your second question means - you can't save individual files, it always saves the UI as a whole. It takes rather long to save the files and is not responding during this time, so it may look crashed.
