Could not download

i downloaded darqui 3 days ago w/o issues on my desktop but now i can download it on another

i downloaded eq2map with the darqui unified , and tried to download the UI using main and alternative to no avaliable

the program stop responding every now and then using the main download , alternative goes fine but still no download

added the program to firewall ,and as admin , no luck

there is a way to download it manually?
