Default Wish List

ok.. ok.. so this not gonna be dat long a list..

Is it possible, or in the near future that when there is an update of any sort, we will be able to just download the files that have been updated and install them, instead of reinstalling all of them and there by having to reset all the ui files we've changed or did something with that is diff from what you post.? Like what is done with Prof and extreme's ui's..

is just a question/wish.

Oh and scroll arrows for guildbank tabs..

Thanks..

I personally do not have the tools to build an auto-updater other than dot.net (which I don't have the time to figure out). I've asked serval times in several areas for volunteers willing to build something like this for Fetish but so far have not had any luck.

If all else fails, I may end up building it myself with Flex 3.0 when Adobe releases it.

As far as updating only what's changed... you can always open the zip and sort by date and manually add those files that changed since the last release.

As I always recommended for my manual install: Just make files that you do not want to update read-only. That way you won't accidentally overwrite them. Also Landiin's EQ2 Companion is near completion and is a generic updater for all UI's on this site and allows to exclude files.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
