.ini file question

ok, i know this has probably been talked about before, but dialup makes for slooooow searching....So, i can not get my ui to load. I followed the instructions exactically, even copy and pasted so it would be exact. I even tried reversing the order of the lines in the .ini file like a saw mentioned somewhere. Anybody have a clue as to what im doing wrong? Thanks a bunch

Make sure when you save you have ALL files selected from the bottom drop down of the save dialog and not Text or the file will save with the name eq2.ini.txt and not eq2.ini.

i figured out why my ui wasnt working. there was already an eq2.ini file and it was directed to EQ2MAP. i directed it to my ui folder and it works great, but no map... how do i use both?

Put them both in the same folder.
