Default vertical/horizontal hotbars

Would it be possible to have vertical and horizontal hotbars at the same time, I can currently modify the default hotbar to be vertical but from past mmo's I like to keep all the spells I cast using pre-configured buttons on a horizontal bar at the bottom of the screen and any spells/abilties I cast using a mouse in vertical hotbar along the right hand of the screen would this be possible?

Would I need to create new hotbar i.e. copy the original modify the new one to be my vertical version if I did that how would I make my new bar display it self?

Thanks in advance for answering my newbie questions.

Just resize one of your hotbars. If you drag the corner down and left, it'll make it vertical.

Thanks again.

You can or should be able to do this with any hotbar.
