Zone name is The Chamber of Suffering
it's a single room with level 18 Heroic zombies called "a flesh apellant". There are two groups of four (no ^'s) and 1 group of 3 (1 ^).

Entry to this zone is in the Ruins of Valmarr. You click on a small tomb-like structure at 422.33, -48.93, 361.25. I was able to enter after recieving a key dropped off a fallen guardian/crusader ( i forget which) while helping a guildmate with the FP AQ. I recieved A Rust Covered Key. Doubleclicking gave me a quest to find the mausoleum that the key fit. this is where it completes the quest.
