Death window changes?

Ok i've heard it a few times now.. some vauge mention that somethign happened to the death window in LU17 that is crashing people.

Can anyone who has fixed this in thier UI give a little more detail on what the problem is? Maybe its because I just woke up, but I didin't see eq2ui_mainhud_death.xml listed in the version changes.
