Default Is their a /command to make an alias of %t ?

I know how the /alias command works.

/alias gravPlyrOne:target %t
This sets creates a new /command called /gravPlyrOne. So, I select player Bob, hit the /alias command above, then this means everytime I hit /gravPlyrOne, Bob is targeted. The target value in /gravPlyrOne remains static until /alias gravPlyrOne:target %t is submited again to save a new target.

Scenario I am trying to achieve:

I want to be able to do ...
/useabilityonplayer gravPlyrOne Gravitas

However, /alias doesn't work like this.

Is there a /command that will allow me to make a "alias" of %t ? So I can accomplish /useabilityonplayer gravPlyrOne Gravitas

Hope all that made sense.

Useabilityonplayer needs to be part of the aliased command.

/alias GravP1:useabilityonplayer %T Gravitas

/GravP1
