ExtremeUI Load Problem

I am fairly new to UI's and how to use them, but I have tried everything I know how to get the ExtremeUI to work in game. All I have available to me is the EQ2 defaul UI. I can go to my directory and find the folder in my UI folder for Extreme UI but it will not work. Can you possibly shed some light on the subject? I am sure it is something really easy and stupid.
