Default ACK--SOE Nerfed 3/4 Bags-box UI

Yep they did it...anyone not using the (UGH!) Default bag/box in UI is Glitched . My 24 slot box shows 8 slots and the normal bags show Half Height Graphic ..12 slot bag shows 4 I think...imploring you Talented UI makers to remake the small bag / box interface piece to fix this ...my Gawd the Default is SO ugly and space consuming !

actually they didnt nerf.. it was a stealth fix. My Huge Collector's Pouch now has 30 slots and my Large one has 24. WOW is all I gotta say. So yes please do fix the 3/4 size bags My 30 slot full size bag is taking up my screen. Thanks!

Which bag mod were you using? I just tested my 3/4 mod and it worked fine on my 8-20 slot bags. (I don't have anything larger to test with, and I don't think my mods'd show anything above 20 anyway...I'll have to fix that)

The file I used was named "ZeroOverlayBagWithGrabHandle.zip " so if there's one that is newer and works with the patch that'll show More than 20 slots please post which one works ...Thanks

*laughs* Dammit. That's mine. Try the one I just posted to this thread, that's the 3/4 version of the 0-overlap w/ handle. If it works I'll update the full size version the same way and reupload both.

ok The File you noted above DID work and shows all 24 slots THANKS ..Kinda wish it woulda had a "Title" bar at Bag top though since bags can be "named " now ....Hint hint ) Thanks again Ger

I am using your Mod as well and am having the same problem. The patch that you linked above is all just data to me, I cant download as an XML file.
I love your bags my only complant prior to the bag patch is the fact the these bags seem to be transparent, In the sense that if you have a bag over a Buff window, when you click the bag you end up highlighting the window behind it.
I would love to see a patch on this, Its a great Mod.

Of course it's tiny, it's the 3/4 version. Attaching both full-size and three-quarters as ZIPs, I'll be uploading them shortly, but in the mean time y'all can use these. (100 = full-size, 75 = three-quarters)

Euda's 3/4 bags (no frames or backdrop) were also effected. on 20 slot bag the top 4 slots are visible, all others (smaller than 20) only the title bar is visible.

Yea, that's the one I was using because I like the titlebars on the bags. *throws another hint at Ger* ;-)

I love the 3/4 size bags, but I don't like the "click through" feature. I, accidentally, sold something while trying to switch out some equipment.

Is there a simple text line that I can remove that would take that out? If so, that would be wonderful.

I haven't figured out exactly what causes that yet. You can try removing AbsorbsInput="false" and GetsInput="false" from the first Page declaratory, that might fix it, but it will also make the empty spaces on non-multiples-of-4 bags non-click-thru.

I personally would rather the lost 2 spaces here and there for non-mulitple of 4 bags. as i set up my bags in a tight grid anyways and there's nothing i want to see through a 1/2 inch cube on my screen. if there's something going on over there, ill close my inventory.

and i must aggree.. slip draggin the bags around while moving items, and selecting chat bars and things through my backpack is a pain in the ass. especially when im crafting 200 things at a time and trying to shift stuff around w/ my bank and inventory open.

*reoverlap this, drag this window a smidge, drag that one.. now my Inv screen is over 4 of my bags..*
absolutely despise that.

really the only reason i like these inv mods is the huge invisible border that overlaps all other bags and stops you from tightening bag groups. i could care less about those two spots on 14 and 10 slotters.

Talking Fixed!

Thank you, Ger for the prompt response.

I checked the text lines you mentioned:

AbsoluteInput was set to "false"
GetsInput was set to "true"

so I just changed the AbsoluteInput to "true"

gave it a go and "Viola!" --- no click through

Seems to work well, I'll post again if I find any problems.

**On another topic:

Has anyone found a way to keep the bags from migrating on the vertical? Everytime I have to move bags around, it takes a lot of loading, reloading, locking, and unlocking to finally get the bags to find a good, solid home. Every now and then, one onery bag just won't stay still and always needs to be moved, i.e. one of my house bags refuses to stay where I lock it down. I have to move it everytime I access those bags. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I like the titles on the bags too, I tried to Mod Ger's bags, but I get terrible results. The last row of icons are "cut" in half no matter what I try to do.

I can get the title to work only IF I place it in between the grab handle and the close button. But doing this covers up what I feel too much of the actual item in the bag itself.

But yes, I want the titles on top as well.

I am seeing this same problem, bags will not STAY grrrrrr.
