Skinnibility

Many of the new UI enhancements here are unique and utilitarian, but have little graphic appeal. (Forgive me, I know there are a few, no offense intended.) If we could easily access and change graphic files it would open up the possibility to "skin" the interface rather than recoding it. Has this been looked in to? We might quickly get some rather attractive graphic mods this way.

I do realize that this may already be an option, but judging by the number of graphic enhancements, it's not something that can be done quickly or easily. Please check in to this if possible.

You should look at the downloads complete sets section. Many of them are full reskins. It sounds like you are only looking at the UI interface pieces, which are by their nature not intended to be reskins.
