not been allowed to play

Hi you guys i am returning after a long while away and am trying to play the game as soon as i try and play it just keeps throwing me out saying server is busy could anyone help me plz plz plz

ON you launcher hit the options button and make sure. On the option screen.
That the drop down box says US English(or what ever region your from)
