*tweak* 3/4ths hotbar with no bank selector

Edit of Insom's nice little hotbar. I resized the window, frame and backdrop to be easier on the eyes if anything.

(Decreased font a little to go along with) Just extract all files to the mod folder and it should work.

Ok those should work Included 2 other options.
I prefer a fixed hotbar myself but there's 3 choices now- fixed horizontal, fixed vertical, resizable
