Problem:
Edit macro:
Cure Target: <leave blank to use current target> <---- here i want the old macro /target_group_member 0-6. so i don't have to change name on target all the time, anyone know what to write?

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.

oki i got 6 cure macros in my hotbar 1 for each member in grp,
and want to be able to use these macros to cure without having to target or rewrite the target each cure should land on and then /target_group_member 0 dont work in the new target box.

no, you need to write the full macro as before, don't use the target box (i.e. add a command macro step as already preselected in your screenshot)

I have a half-hotbar for exactly what you're suggesting. You just have to use the regular / commands to do it, though.

Just:
/target_group_member #
/useability Cure
/target_previous

# Ranges from 0 for F2 through 4 for F6. For me I just use my normal self-cure macro (below) although I believe /target_group_member can return you as a target. It might be an argument of 5 for it, don't remember since I've never had cause to use it for that purpose.

/useabilityontarget Cure <MyName>
