Element: Page "ChatBubble" > Page "ChatPage" > Image "DownArrow"

Issue:

*The element completely ignores any Opacity value it is given.
*Attempting to remove the element or move it to a different part of the file causes the game to crash when a non-quest chat bubble is displayed.
*The element should be present within the Page "ChatFrame", which is a subpage of "ChatPage" and it's where the rest of the chat frame lies.

change the opacity of the ChatPage and not the individual elements.

An interesting work-around. And you can make the text fully opaque despite the page's opacity by setting ITS opacity to 100.00 or something.

(The devs should still fix the bug, though. Just because I tried to find a reason the work-around would cause its own issues and couldn't doesn't mean there aren't any. )
