Default Backgrounds for dressing-room/inventory character window Question

Started a similar thread on EQ2 forums with no replies so hoping I might have better luck here in finding a solution:

The picture below is how I want it to look for all my toons:

How it currently looks on all but one of my toons is pictured in the picture below:

My question is:

Is there a way to get the rest of my toons to have the same view as the top picture and if so, how?

It has to do with something from within the game. I've noticed with some things with particle effects or glass textures, the background in the dressing room can be two different textures. Like some furniture items do that too depending on which one your looking at. Not sure how to fix it but its been in the game for a while.

Yeah it's been there from the beginning, listed as one of the "known issues" on the download page for the dressing room. Nothing I can do. Playing around with the zoon level, and both the vertical and horizontal size of the window may yield different results so maybe that helps.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.

Thanks for the replies...although that is kinda depressing to learn.

If it helps any, the toon in the top picture was the first toon I logged onto after installing the new skin.

I tried /load_uisettings that toon over to my others, tried deleting the other's UIsettings and then logging onto them first.

Neither worked.

...Hmm, I guess I could try dumping a copy of the background file into the default folder and see what happens..after running the patcher of course.

*Update*

Didn't work..was a long shot anyways considering what you two have said.

Some things do that in the dressing room, no way we (as UI Modders) can fix that any more than we can fix how some items don't display in the dressing room at all.
