Uninstalling skinpacks

I've just installed the grey skin pack only to discover that it actually the yellow skinpack So I tried ticking another skinpack hoping this would overwrite it but when I hit update I only get the message that there was 0 files out of date. My question is how do I get rid of the horrble yellow skin?

Hey, nothing wrong with my yellow skin (not that I would use it ).

Assuming that Faetyl is still offering the ProfitUI skins for download (and still getting them wrongly named ), you can just go and download the ProfitUI skinpack directly and pick the correct skin from there.

It's a limitation of the Auto Updater.
You have to manually delete the specific skin files.
Click on the "..." button and it will walk you through it.

It's just that I remember the same issue coming up with the light blue skin, and the user getting green instead I believe.

Hello,

I'm having the same issue right now.

Every time I delete the skininfo.xml file and try to re-download a different color, I end up with puke yellow again =/

I tried the profit skins, but was unable to get it working properly.

am I deleting the wrong file?

Yes, you will want to delete some .dds files in the \images folder. As Faetyl said above, clicking the "..." button apparently tells you which files you want to delete exactly.

PS: And I agree, the yellow skin is kinda ugly.

Totally unrelated , is it possbible to use the vert reborn skin with ThorUI, obviusly check with the author

ThorUI with Vert look would rock, IMO
