New target windows and player window

Hi all,

I just wanted to share the target/implied windows I made. They have percentages and power bar and level in either simple or detailed view. I started with Taco-man's mod from the last patch and just went from there.

Also changed the Player window I liked most into a single switchable xp bar and added the time/zone stuff to it as well.

Both are under Miscellaneous. Let me know what you think.
