problem when resizing images then refreshing

When you put an imagestle into the UIBuilder and draw out the rect, then resize the image and save it to the disk, refresh UIBuilder and then resize the coords, the image changes but the coords do not. Therefore when you save it and reopen it you have the image tiled all over your image object.
