Resizing Nested Scrollbars

Bug: In most cases I've found scrollbars within nested pages do not update properly when their parent page is stretched. Typically the scroll button jumps to max size, becoming non-functional. Up and down scroll arrows also become non-functional. The Tradeskill window has this problem.

Workaround: If the control associated with the scrollbar is sortable, resorting the control refreshes the scrollbar to a functioning state/correct button size. Any list refresh does it.

Fix: I suspect a hardcoded scrollbar refresh command set to the parent resize event would solve this bug.
