Default raid window click-cast not working in 9.0?

hello

just updated to 9.0 and restored the _fetish_mainhud_raidabilities.xml from my backup to keep the spells. now i open the raidwindow, the tooltip show the correct spellnames as before, but upon clicking, nothing happens
i get the click "bump" sound but no spell is being cast. i did not change anything about the raidabilities and only use the 'default' setting for the 3 buttons, which should be configured correctly, as the tooltip shows the correct spell names

besides: i wanted to add a click-to-cure to the group and player-window but couldnt understand the way you do cast the spells after all because theres no /useabilityonplayer issued in your buttons oO

Raid Ability files predating 9.0 are incompatable with the 9.0 raid window. Make a backup of your older file, install the 9.0 version, then edit the 9.0 version to include the ability names from your older file.

The reason for the incompatability stems from the addition of announcement message options for each ability.

oh... okay i wasnt aware of this, thanks for clarification

guess its was basically my fault keeping the old raidabilities-file because i didnt want to edit it again.... i just found out *today* that theres an ingame edit function

i guess im more of a console guy... (console doesnt refer to PS2/gamecube and stuff here)

and i found a minor flaw in your raidabilities file (new one)

it says:

<Page Name="Set2">
<Data Ability="Set2 RA1" Group="fasle" Name="RA1" Raid="false" Tell="false"/>
<Data Ability="Set2 RA2" Group="fasle" Name="RA2" Raid="false" Tell="false"/>
<Data Ability="Set2 RA3" Group="fasle" Name="RA3" Raid="false" Tell="false"/>
</Page>

you have that typo in set2-6

Awesome UI BTW i love it.

One questions about the raid abilities.

I currently raid with a necro or a templar and hence would like to have a different raid button setup for each class. Is there a way to use two different raid-button setups for each different toon? and is there a way to either load them automatically when switching toons or an in-game command i can use to load them.

I'm a bit of a ui newb so i hope this isn't a stupid question.

There is support for 7 sets of 3 raidabilities (21 total). If you enable the titlebar for the raid window you'll see a small "S" button in the upper right corner. Click that to open the settings popup. From the settings popup, you can load any of the other sets you've defined. You can also edit abilities while in-game but they don't save on log out.

There are indepth instructions for tweaking your raidabilities in the the Customizations thread.
