how do I correct a mis-leading locations?

for the diety quest Sounding the Clarion a MOB that is called in the dialog "a wisful spirit" is ONLY shown and listed in one of the locations for MOB's needed only after you speak to the wistful spirit. I have tried to submit a correction but it is rejected.

I don't see any pending corrections by your name, another Mod or Admin may have gotten to it first.

Now, you are saying that there is only one loc for that mob whereas the mob is in several places?

IF those places are in close proximity (ie if it's a bunch of them in a general area) then we only use one POI to prevent clutter. If they appear in vastly different areas, then you have to submit a new POI for it rather than trying to 'correct' the existing one (which would only move it, not duplicate it).
