Where is windowselements.dds

I'm trying to cut down some deadspace. does anyone know where windowelements.dds is? got a file that refers to it but cant find the actual file :/

and enter my first stupid question... thansk for the reply. though honestly i didnt deserve one. that was just me not seeing the file right in front of my nose

anyways its all working now.
