Hello,

I installed the program and it worked fine the first time it ran. The next time I played it did not work. I tried to fix it, read the forums, faq's, reinstalled, reinstalled again, reread faq's searched forums, everything possible to fix it. and I am at a loss. I just cannot get it to work again. Is it the program, or is something just wrong right now, and I am missing something?

A bit more information is needed in order to help you. When you say it "did not work" are you talking about the updater, or the UI as it appears in game? If it's the updater, does it give an error message at all? Does it start and then give a message, or does it not start at all? Do you have any other UIs installed?

The updater works fine.

Everything seems as if it i working fine. the updater goes, updates everything launches EQ2, but when I enter the game no poi's at all on the map.

I have no other UI's installed.
