Welcome screen does not display hotzone but recruit a friend instead

Hi I am using Fetish latest but noticed something odd. On this big welcome screen in the lower left corner should be displayed the hotzone and daily quest but I have instead recruit a friend and a button which brings me to the recruit a friend page on soe webpage. I loaded the default Ui in eq2 and viola my welcome screen does show now the hotzone and daily quest in the lower right corner. But when i put Fetish back on, it turns into recruit a friend again... I downloaded the latest ui mod again, but it stays the same.
Anyone knows how to fix this?
The rest is all working fine, its just this bit thats not.

That is because Fetish has not had that window updated since they made that change. Delete the welcome window file (eq2ui_mainhud_welcome.xml) and it will use the default version which shows the Hot Zone.
