Hmm a few other things I could surgest but I working on the asumption that you either tried already or they not goign to work lol
Have you got an alt char? does the group window show up with that toon?
If so then I guess you have the UI set up the same way, so type ingame
/load_uisettings
and select that characters profile from the list...
