Default Scrollbar covers last few letters of chat lines
The scrollbar covers the text on chat lines frequently so you cannot read the last letters of a word.

I know you can switch to the chat window without scrollbars, but I like having them.

What causes this and how can it be fixed?

Is this a Fetish bug or a bug in SoE's code?
