Soe doesnt mind the skins(if they did we wouldnt be able to use them and not get banned). Custom UIs work off the game's ui programming and when SOE changes something about it, for whatever reason(a bug or just because) it effects the custom UI programming making it not work. Its annoying but fortunately its easily fixed, as long as the guy who wrote your custom UI, or UI peices, keeps up to date.
