In the update notes they changed three (3) UI files.
eq2ui_event_template.xml
eq2ui_inventory_inventory.xml
eq2ui_inventory_merchant.xml
Run the patcher but dont log in. Go into your EQ2 default ui folder and COPY the new UI files into the folder you currently use for your personalized UI.
Be sure the names of the new UI files are what they orriginally were.
It should fix the problem. You may have to re-adjust where your windows are.
If you have an interface that makes these files look different you may find them changed but you will be able to log in.
