to get the target window you need to change the UI settings under Options>UI>Name and Chatbubble > NPC Evaluation > Detailed.
It Seems i over looked this detail in my Install Guide ill add it in ASAP in the middle of a huge site reconstruction, mine actually so as soon as i get some spare time to edit and reupload it will be their.
